THE LAUNCHPAD SEQUENCE
While we welcome you to choose your own journey, here are the classes we've included in the Launchpad to get you on the right path moving forward.
Day 1: Triple S
Focus on your skull, scapulae and sacrum to improve posture and practice better movement.
Day 2: Neutral Pelvis
Learn how to reset the pelvis and activate the glutes for a more aligned and stable practice.
Day 3: Reset
Alleviate tension in the neck and spine while connecting the mind and body through movement.
Day 4: Mobility/Stability
Explore mobility and stability as a way to become your most adaptable self.
Day 5: Core
Get energy, breath and charge to the core quickly and conveniently.
Day 6: On Your Hands
Focus on weight bearing through the hands to build strength and be more balanced in your body.
Day 7: Neck
Mobilize your neck to create fuller ranges of motion and relieve tension.
Day 8: Wrists
Move your wrists and forearms in a full range of motion, setting you up for better mobility.
Day 9: Foot/Ankle
Maximize mobility in your feet and ankles to build a stronger foundation.
Day 10: Hips
Open up your hips and free up any joint pain that may have built up over time.
Day 11: Stress Relief
Put your mind at ease with mindful movements that leave you feeling refreshed.
Day 12: Breath
Breathe space into your body and let go of whatever is on your mind.
Day 13: Low Back
Tap into your core to help get rid of back pain once and for all.
Day 14: Upper Back
Stretch, release tightness and relieve tension that can build up in your upper back.
Day 15: Bliss
Feel good poses that help you expand your breath into the areas in the body that need it most.
Day 16: SET
Get moving and sweating quickly before taking on the rest of your day.
