BILLING AND ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

How does my free trial work?

For LYT Basic and LYT Prime, you have a 7-day free trial. For LYT Daily, you have a 14-day free trial. After the trial is over, you will receive a recurring monthly billing statement beginning on the membership start date. You must cancel before the end of your free trial if you do not wish to subscribe, otherwise you will be billed.

 

What do I have access to once I've subscribed?

For LYT Basic, you have access to 50 videos total. Go to the Browse Classes page, scroll down to Class Types, and click on the button labeled Basic.

For LYT Daily, you have access to the entire library of recorded classes. You also have access to two Live-Streamed Classes each week. Finally, you receive 50% off all monthly Workshops.

For LYT Prime, you have access to the entire library of recorded classes and the two Live-Streamed Classes. You also received free access to all monthly Workshops. Lastly, you have access to over 20+ Live Interactive Zoom Classes each week with LYT Certified teachers across the globe.

 

Is there an annual subscription available?

Yes. Once a year for a limited time, we offer a discounted annual subscription. This is promoted on our social media page and weekly newsletter as the time approaches.

 

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

 

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

 

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

 

How do I cancel or change my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel or change your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page.  Click Change Plan and/or Cancel Membership. If you cancel, your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period. If you change plans, your membership will be prorated and billing will resume under the new plan as appropriate.

 

My credit card is being declined.  Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

 

PLAYBACK QUESTIONS

How do I access Live classes?

Live classes are only available with LYT Daily and LYT Prime memberships. Click on Live Classes on the header bar and you will be taken to our schedule of upcoming classes. You can either add a class to your calendar or simply click the Watch Live button, where you will be taken to a countdown screen until the class begins.

For the LYT Prime classes, at any time before class, simply click the Join Zoom button to be redirected to Zoom and gain access.

For the LYT Daily Live-Streamed classes, once the countdown ends, simply click play on the screen and class will stream directly from UScreen. If you're having trouble connecting to class, please refresh your browser as needed to begin playback. If this doesn't work, please email support@lytyoga.com.

 

Can I drop in to a Prime Zoom class if I'm not a member?

Yes! Click on Live Classes at the top menu bar. Scroll to the class you want to take and click on Watch Live. See the countdown timer and click on Get Access Now. Click on Purchase Class and complete your order. To join the class, click on Live Classes at the top menu bar, scroll to your class, and click Watch Live to access.

 

Why does it keep asking me to upgrade my subscription when I select a class?

If you are a LYT Basic subscriber, you only have access to classes under the LYT Basic Category. This does not include Class of the Day or the Daily Replay. To access your available library, go to the Browse Classes page, scroll down to Class Types, and click on the button labeled Basic.

If you are a LYT Daily subscriber, you only have access to the recorded library of classes, workshops you've rented/purchased, and the two Live-Streamed Classes. This does not include the Live Prime Classes.

 

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

 

Does LYT Yoga have an app?

Yes!  You can download the Android or IOS app so you can take a class anywhere! Please search for LYT® Daily Yoga in the app stores. We also offer AppleTV, Roku, and Amazon Fire Stick applications.

 

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.  

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

 

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

 

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

 

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years.  You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

 

Can I download videos to watch offline?

You can download your favorite classes for offline viewing through the LYT® Daily yoga app for iOS and Android. This does not apply to the daily classes, which disappear after 48 hours.

 

How do I access my favorites, workshops or series that I've purchased?

You can access your favorite classes under Your Favorites from the top navigation menu.

To access your purchased content, type in the name of the Workshop or the Series in the Search bar located in the Browse Classes page.
